Meet Niyell N. Ascencio, MA, LPC

Niyell N. Ascencio is a Licensed Professional Counselor and equine-assisted psychotherapy practitioner who brings together her passion for horses, mental health, and experiential learning.

Through meaningful, ground-based interactions with horses, participants have the opportunity to build confidence, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and connection. Her approach can be especially meaningful for those with a history or love of horses, riders working through challenges, or anyone looking for a different way to explore personal growth and well-being.

No riding experience is required. Whether you're reconnecting with horses or meeting them for the first time, this program offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow—alongside the horse.

Cost: $300 for 45 minutes
